You will need a car (20 min drive along small roads) to make the best use of this studio apartment if you are having to travel in every day, if it is just some days, then assume around 1 hour 20mins by public transport (buses including 1 change). You are also a short bus/train ride into Windsor in one direction and Slough in the other. Easy access to the Elizabeth Line to get into central London, such as Bond Street or Tottenham Court Road.
The landlord, Laurence, is a Royal Holloway graduate from the 80s, he and Sharon his wife are both professional people.
The Stables Studio is a stunning apartment, looking directly out onto the gardens, where you are free to sit or have a BBQ. It is in the grounds of Garden Cottage (check it out on googlemaps) which itself was built in 1760 and is protected by secure gates. Students do not usually get the chance to live somewhere as nice as this!
The studio has a brand new wall foldaway bed, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob & oven and microwave. It is heated by gas central heating. It has high speed internet available (500Mbps) at no extra charge.
A monthly contribution to the utilities would be in addition to the rent. So £130pcm contribition to cover gas/electric/internet
Within 400 yards is free access to the grounds of Ditton Park Manor which leads to secure wlaking and running trails.
